Delete your Highway Runner account
Request deletion of your account and associated data by email. You do not need to reinstall the game.

1. What to include
Include your Highway Runner username or player ID and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. Never send your password. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify that you own the account.
If you used a guest account or cannot find your identifier, describe that in your email. We will help identify the account before deletion; signing out, uninstalling or clearing app data does not itself delete server-side records.
2. When deletion is completed
We complete verified account-deletion requests within 30 days. Verification is required to prevent someone else from deleting your account. We will confirm when the request has been completed.
3. What is deleted
- Your Highway Runner account in Unity Authentication and its account identifiers and credentials.
- Account-linked cloud progress, including stored coins, scores, best distance and game preferences.
- Associated leaderboard records under our control.
Deleted-account records are not retained in backups. Deletion is permanent: your account and deleted progress cannot be restored. Locally stored game data can be removed using Android's app-storage controls or by uninstalling the game.
4. Third-party information
We handle deletion of the account and associated records held for us by Unity. Advertising information processed independently by Google is governed by Google's privacy and retention practices. Deleting Highway Runner data does not delete a separate Google account or reset your Android advertising ID. Contact us if you need help directing a privacy request to the relevant provider.
